Kingdon Gould III (born June 16, 1948) is a Washington, D.C.-area real estate developer. He is the son of Kingdon Gould, Jr., and the great-great-grandson of railroad financier Jay Gould. ==Life and career==
He was born in New Haven, Connecticut, on June 16, 1949, to Kingdon Gould, Jr., and his wife, Mary Bunce Gould (née Thorne).〔"Son to Mrs. Kingdon Gould Jr." ''New York Times.''
